They say in addition to legal admissions of 72 seats of the 150 filled by counseling of State Government of Uttar Pradesh; another 78 seat admissions enrollment in Rajshree Medical College Bareilly illegal.
This is another case of MBBS admissions made without the consent of MCI and DGME.

The colleges say, we have admitted students based on the rules and dates fixed by MCI and DGME; but the counseling stipulated dates were too early to complete admissions.
Hence this is the reason, that we (Rajshree Medical College) enrolled MBBS students ourselves; by following the rules, dates, and merit of NEET.
However, MCI and DGME say that since the student’s admissions were not through state government counseling; hence not valid.
Whatever, just don’t understand, why the students and the hapless parents after paying are settling of Rs 11 lacks and 30 thousand; are left in confusion day in and day out by these regulatory agencies and the private medical colleges.
